uWuCream sells firearm lubricants, cleaners, maintenance products, accessories, merchandise, and related products.

Our firearm lubricant products are intended solely for lawful firearm maintenance and lubrication. Customers are responsible for following all product instructions and the firearm manufacturer's maintenance and safety procedures.

Always ensure a firearm is completely unloaded and handled in a safe manner before performing cleaning, lubrication, maintenance, or inspection.

uWuCream does not manufacture, sell, or transfer firearms or ammunition through the sale of its firearm lubricant products.

By purchasing from uWuCream, you represent that you are legally permitted to purchase, possess, and use the products ordered in your jurisdiction.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery may be affected by circumstances outside our control, including carrier delays, weather, incorrect addresses, holidays, or other disruptions.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Additional shipping expenses resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer's responsibility where permitted by law.

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by the return and refund policy displayed on our website at the time of purchase.

Unless otherwise required by law, products that have been opened, used, partially consumed, contaminated, damaged after delivery, or otherwise rendered unsuitable for resale may not be eligible for return.

Customers should inspect and maintain their firearms according to the firearm manufacturer's recommendations and use uWuCream products only as directed.

Before cleaning, lubricating, inspecting, or maintaining any firearm:

• Ensure the firearm is completely unloaded.
• Remove ammunition from the immediate work area.
• Follow the firearm manufacturer's safety and maintenance instructions.
• Keep firearm lubricant and maintenance products away from children and pets.
• Follow all warnings and instructions appearing on the product label or packaging.

Do not intentionally ingest uWuCream firearm lubricant or use it for any purpose inconsistent with its labeling and intended application.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, OUR WEBSITE, SERVICES, AND PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED SUBJECT TO THE WARRANTIES EXPRESSLY PROVIDED WITH THE PRODUCT, IF ANY, AND OTHERWISE ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, UWUCREAM DISCLAIMS IMPLIED WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT SUCH WARRANTIES CANNOT LEGALLY BE DISCLAIMED.

UWUCREAM IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGES RESULTING FROM UNSAFE FIREARM HANDLING, FAILURE TO VERIFY THAT A FIREARM IS UNLOADED, IMPROPER MAINTENANCE, PRODUCT MISUSE, FAILURE TO FOLLOW PRODUCT OR FIREARM-MANUFACTURER INSTRUCTIONS, UNAUTHORIZED FIREARM MODIFICATION, OR UNLAWFUL ACTIVITY.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

The uWuCream name, logos, branding, product artwork, packaging designs, website content, photographs, graphics, text, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to uWuCream and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, or commercially exploit our intellectual property without prior written authorization, except as otherwise permitted by law.

You agree not to misuse our website or attempt to interfere with its operation.
